Young women with higher dietary fiber intake may have lower breast cancer risk

A new large scale study published by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health reveals that women who eat more high-fiber foods such as fruits, vegetables and beans during adolescence and young adulthood may have significantly lower risk of getting breast cancer.
