Yours adds something I have not seen anywhere else: a simple clear-cut guide to cooking without oil and the best equipment to do it with. You have solved a longtime problem of mine and I am sincerely grateful for your willingness to do the research and to share with the rest of us. Best of success to you both.

    It is vital to read the part of the label that lists specific values, as many manufacturers label foods as “low fat” despite them having a relatively high-fat content.
